Our serene environment is ideal for a solo retreat, couples getaway or small group. You'll be charmed by relaxing, well-appointed treatment rooms where you'll glimpse a treetop view of historic downtown Napa.
Our unique location, in a 1915 Craftsman-style house, was originally home to Dr. Welti, a prominent local physician nearly 100 years ago. Today, healing work continues. Dr Welti inspires our Signature Massage (Welti Signature Massage) complete with your choice of Aromatherapy, heat packs, a soothing foot scrub and Muscle Cooling Gel, and, you can only get it here.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the most common and best-known type of massage, using various techniques, to enhance muscle function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. Deep Tissue massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes), and patients who have sustained physical injury. It is not uncommon for receivers of deep tissue massage to have their pain replaced with a new muscle ache for a day or two. Deep tissue work varies greatly.
