Together, we strive to help our busy Napa neighbors, as well as occasional visitors, to relax and be well.

So we work hard to offer flexible appointment times and maintain a laid-back atmosphere that’s perfect for couples, small groups or a solo retreat. We’re the perfect fit for down-to-earth people who value personalized attention and thoughtful details.

Because we know that massage is therapy, not luxury, we stay recharged ourselves by receiving regular bodywork. The massage you get will always feel fresh, not formulaic. The same goes for facials, manicures and pedicures.

And our location is anything but cookie-cutter. You’ll both revel and relax in the eclectic vintage charm of the historic house we share with Napa Valley Yoga. According to local record, this California Craftsman style house was built in 1915 by Dr. Welti, a bachelor physician. We believe that his healing work is carried on today in this same special place.
