In honor of the NMB 10 year anniversary, we're offering select services

Appreciation Party to Benefit the Napa Valley Food Bank.

search of anniversary customs revealed that tin and aluminum are given
for the tenth year to represent the durability and flexibility required
to withstand a decade. That’s one reason we’ve included a canned food drive in our
upcoming event,” says Escobio Lewis.
Join NMB in celebrating on Friday September 25th 4:30-9p.m.
to benefit the Napa Valley Food Bank. Festivities will be held at the
Welti Wellness House at 1834 First Street. Expect music, donation
barrels, and chair massage on the front porch with free mini-spa
services in the treatment rooms upstairs. Of course, there will be food
and wine, too. Bring a friend along ......

Napa Farmer's Market
Maxine is still there...now on Tuesdays. Support fresh and local produce, artisans, and MASSAGE THERAPISTS at the Napa Downtown Farmers Market. Amanda will be doing chair massage there Tuesday 9/15.

Last
month's Avon Walk for Breast Cancer raised more than $6 million dollars
for the Bay area. NMB owner Amanda Escobio Lewis joined 2,700 other
walkers, traversing 39 miles in just 2 days throughout the city and Sausalito. Your donations did and will make a difference!
First Street Favorite is Back
Chino Yip has resumed ownership of popular downtown eatery First Squeeze. You don't have to be a health nut to love it there. However, First Squeeze remains one of the best local spots for healthy food. From the fresh vegetable juices and fruit smoothies to the fair trade coffee, many ingredients are organic. Gentle Yoga and Kirtan

made it - ten years in business!
And we did it only with the help of many special people: the
amazing massage and skin therapists who do and did work
with me, other small business owners who encouraged and commiserated
with me, friends and family who listened endlessly to me, my commercial landlord, who has been patient and supportive of
me, and our clients, new and longstanding, who have helped us build a
reputation for being the local's favorite with the visitor's location.
Some
of you know first-hand about our growing pains. Some of you have been
with me since I was a solo practioner with one room. Some of you were
actually clients of Jocelyn in the late 90's before I came around. Some
of you understand why I'm not in Napa year-round anymore, and some of
you I've never even met.
I thank you all and invite you to CELEBRATE with us!
